Only the faithful can experience totality. The rest claim the Moon being larger than the Sun is just a fluke.

Yeah I saw the one in 1970 from Florida. Was much closer to the path of totality than I was this time.

Yeah, it got darker for me in 1970 and 1984. The weird silvery light was similar though.
