Not all sci-fi novels are to be believed.

The only viable, long distance spacecraft (imo) will need
radiation-blocking, asteroid-and-tiny-particle blocking/avoiding/anihilation technology.
Until then, most manned craft will either be destroyed in transit (I think most likely)
on the way there or back.

Forgot to add, perfected suspended animation tech, cuz no sane person

This is why you shouldn't use commercial lotions, and stick with moisturizing your skin with Tallow or lard : )

Many moisturisers, both mainstream and natural, are full of high-PUFA plant and vegetable oils which can contribute not only to liver spots, but also to dry and stressed-out skin.

I spent a lot of money in my youth on commercial products for a variety of things, but when I got older and the dry skin was getting really bad, they weren't helping. I didn't really like the idea of using silicon lotions, which was what the doctor prescribed.


So I went back to using what my grandmother and her mother used, lard.


I won't go back. It fucking works. It's cheap as hell. I wish I could my hands on Bear Fat, that is supposed to be even better, with higher concentrations of vitamin A, D, and E.
