One of the best comedies I have ever seen. Its Canadian.



The Fall



Drama/Aventure. Fantastic director in terms of how to make a young child act on camera. One of the few movies that has got me teary.



Castle



Only tv show that I currently watch. Nathan Fillion has the lead, mostly known as Captain Malcolm Reynolds of Firefly, good support cast. Lighthearted crime show.

The Blacklist (TV series, US, crime drama)

The Bothersome Man (Movie,Norwegian, best 'out there' social commentary movie I've seen)

Hellfjord (TV series, Norwegian, off-beat crime comedy, hilarious)

Hannibal (TV series, US, horror)

Lantana (movie, Aus, probably best Aus film: drama)

Oyster farmer (movie, Aus, up there with Lantana: drama)

Louie (TV series, US, comedy Louis CK)

that's it for now; I don't watch much TV/film but I'm very picky about what I do watch

Hannibal is great. You should check out True Detective if you havent already. You wont regret it if you like darker stuff, its HBO so its quality. Season 1 is completed and it contains the entire story, season 2 will be something completely diffrent.




Have to check out Hellfjord, never heard of it, did you ever watch The Troll Hunter?

ah yes I forgot about True Detective. Yes, I've seen it and think it was great

I have obtained troll hunter and will watch it sometime (am currently watching Boston Legal which is ok, silly legal TV series, but it's got James Spader in it!)

i havent seen alot of boston legal, but I thought that james spader was wierd as fuck UNLESS he was in a scene with shatner, will probably not give blacklist a shot

i have "obtained" hellfjord. fucking lol. how havent i heard of this

Watched True Detective, loved it.

Boardwalk Empire, awesome yes I would sleep with Steve Buscemi.

Watching Hell on Wheels, has good seasons and bad seasons.

Vikings, the Canadian Irish series, tons of eye candy, great costumes, acting is good, history's a bit skewed but tolerable, Scandis keep whining about everybody's terrible fake accents though.

ETA: Copper wasn't bad either.

I think Steve B is lovely, too. But some of the acting (not his) in Boardwalk was awful so I had to quit watching
