I stumbled across the video one of the fuckwits took of the event and regret having clicked on it. So yeah - better not. Luckily the quokka was not seriously injured. The worst part was the fucking laughter that ensued.

MSG, I went to penguin parade last night. Fantastic to see them; the bulk of pundits were utter cretins (self excluded but of course)...

Excellent. Nice, MSG.

Hey, those yellow flowers - are they a pea family representative? I can't quite make out the flower shape, but they look like the same general plan.

we were too late for the 2015 Spring wildflower show but from the amount of regrowth and the native grasses, golden pennants and burr daisies that had died off, it would have been amazing had we been there in October as we were in 2014

Here's something cool I found recently. A cuckoo wasp at Waite Arboretum. BTW, if any of you are in Adelaide and want to look for bees, Waite Arboretum is great. They even have native bee houses.

So like if I got properly chomped off this spider say then what's the prognosis?

I once get chomped off a tiny leetle violin spider (brown recluse in the states) in South Africa and was lucky to avoid a fairly major skin graft.
