I think so, but there are avenues to rationally explaining it as otherwise; and I disagree with the strategy anyway.

He is. It looks like Carlsson wants you moved to card 2 quickly, Jerome. I'm not sure why but I'm not sure it's a scum motivation, because if he's scum he's being very obvious about it.
Last game we had a resurrection motif, iirc, town players were flipped and role revealed, and scum flips were revealed in such a way you couldn't tell them from town.

Are there reasons why Jerome and Carlsson are still at the Desert Prison [Cid's Junk]?

Same here. You're a black one and I'm a white one, obviously.

Last time it wasn't revealed at first, but later in the game.

So b, do we need to talk about game flavour mentioning the "dark sorceress Edea" and her use of "black magic"?

I suppose it's plausible the players who did not move felt they'd reveal something by moving, but that just puts them behind on acquiring useful stuff.

I was just looking at rach's posts. Specifically, that she claims to have moved to her location at random, which suggests she doesn't know what she can and can't buy, maybe?

Okay, quick reread of OP D1:

Also read some of the flavour and figure scum might be Edea, her conflicted reformed Knight, and the monster armoured thing she conjured up from the outer dark or wherever. I am not familiar with this flavour, obviously.

I think I need to clarify my plan. I want us all to go to our second cards at approximately the same time. This way we maximize the time town has to purchase stuff and get a mechanics edge over scum. For this reason I am specifically wanting to delay pushing anyone to their second card while multiple players are still at full life. And on that note:

Another thought, should we share what's in each store publicly? I have no doubt that scum (again, I assume there are two based on the flavor text) are sharing this info, and thus figuring out what is worth purchasing twice as quickly.
