Is Masturbation a sin?

I did a search for is Masturbation a sin:

When I saw that it was written by a woman, (Heather Riggleman) my response:

If I had known that a woman had taught that I wouldn't have wasted my time reading it. For the Apostle Paul said in FIRST TIMOTHY CHAPTER TWO: Verse Eleven & Twelve:

11 Let a woman learn quietly with all submissiveness. 12 I do not permit a woman to teach or to exercise authority over a man; rather, she is to remain quiet.

I tried to post that through the Facebook link but apparently she didn't make a plug-in for that.

What do you think. Is it a sin? Are woman qualified to teach men (especially in Spiritual Matters?)

A poor or improper education about God's word is a poor excuse
for condemning masturbation. In other words, I'm all for masturbation,
for any moral reason.

The entire article is a shit burger. It even conflates a woman stimulating
herself in bed with her husband as some form of masturbation, which it isn't.
Stimulating for your spouse can't ever be labeled masturbation.

Feel free to shake in your boots whenever you touch yourself for gratification (i.e. masturbate).
You'd be doing absolutely nothing wrong. It's what your body gifts to you.

Masturbation is NOT a form of sexual immorality, gross or otherwise.
